As a Native Arizonan Nancy grew up and worked in the greater Phoenix area and then moved to Casa Grande in the early 90’s. With over four decades of experience Nancy has enjoyed having the opportunity to meet and work with people. As a Broker and Realtor, Nancy specializes in residential real estate, land, lots and horse properties. Nancy works primarily in Arizona City, Casa Grande, and Central Pinal County. L.D. is a 2nd generation Arizonan, who grew up in Phoenix and the East Valley, immersed in the world of horses and rodeo. His rodeo career flourished, earning him titles like the United States Open Team Roping Champion in 1992. L.D. enjoys working with horse properties and land parcels, large or small. Blaine is originally from Skull Valley, a ranch community near Prescott, Arizona. He began working at a young age with his father welding and building fences leading him to work all over the country. In 2001 he moved to Casa Grande, Arizona. He is a Certified AWS Chief Welding Inspector with extensive experience in heavy machinery, excavation, grading and pipeline construction. Blaine is a commercial pilot and enjoys team roping and a rural lifestyle. In 2010 Blaine purchased his first real estate investment property and has purchased and flipped homes all over the valley. He can provide win-win solutions to sellers with distressed properties. Blaine is an active member of Pinal county offering community service and safety during public events. Shannon Duke – Realtor ®

Shannon is originally from Gilbert, Arizona and began her career in real estate in 1998 as an office administrator and real estate photographer in Apache Junction, Arizona. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and has assisted real estate agents and brokers in closing thousands of transactions as a licensed assistant and licensed transaction manager as well as representing her own personal clients in Maricopa and Pinal County. In 2010 she joined a team of agents acquiring auctioned properties and focuses on real estate acquisition and disposition for real estate investors who buy properties to rehabilitate. Throughout her career Shannon has been part of high producing teams listing and selling hundreds of properties placing her among the top producers on the MLS. Combining her vast knowledge of the residential real estate market and extensive administration experience, Shannon is able to offer authentic service to her clients with remarkable communication and negotiation skills to all parties involved in every transaction.
